Excellent dish that overturn the fixed image of yukhoe made from stripe of brisket and lean.
We choose "sirloin of ox" which has a perfect balance of marbling and umami to serve you excellent yukhoe.
"The best yukhoe of sirloin" in Japan with melty texture and rich taste of our secret yukhoe sauce has been created by making full use of raw food processing and special cutting technique.
